Truly professional landscaping does not destroy space to create something new, but uses it. Here is a striking example of a project where the area helped to create a park.

This picturesque corner is located in the business center of Kiev. Such areas suffer from the lack of places where you can walk in the fresh air, reload in the middle of the working day. The search for a solution did not take long - on the site of the construction site, where construction did not begin, naturally formed a lake surrounded by a green park. We just had to beat it in the project as effective as possible.

First of all, it was necessary to determine the preferences of those who pass through these places every day or walk under the trees cover. We used a scientifically sound method. It is enough to open the territory for pedestrians for a month or two. After that, it is easy to identify certain trajectories along which they prefer to move. These trails are superimposed on the master plan, taking into account the planned area, distributed functional areas - we get an area that is initially focused on the comfort of future visitors.

It remains to arrange zones for different types of activities and recreation:

• Swings for adults. This will help to be a great way to relieve emotional stress, just to be distracted;
• Lunch or dinner areas. Why not make a healthy homemade snack? It will be even tastier in the fresh air, with a picturesque view of the lake. We designed benches as well as small tables so that you could eat in comfort;
• Table tennis tables. This sport does not require heavy equipment and grueling training, brings a lot of emotions, gives a sense of competition not only in the office;
• Playground with simulators. Without such workout areas today it is difficult to imagine a functional area for recreation;
• Universal sports field, where you can play football, volleyball, basketball, tennis;
• Open-air cinema, which opens for the relevant season. Beautiful, romantic, pleasant, interesting;
• Playgrounds for children that allow kids to play and develop in a comfortable and safe environment in the fresh air;
• Boat rental. If there is a lake, it is necessary to arrange a water walk, admire the greenery from the water.

We also placed three piers of different colors along the shore: white, blue and green, which harmoniously fit into the landscape and seem to reflect the lush greenery of the park, the bottomless blue sky on the water surface and light clouds. This combination helps relieve stress, helps to focus better. Along the long trajectories are jogging tracks and bike paths for speed enthusiasts.

An important albeit very prosaic moment is the stationary public toilet, which is located in the corner of the park. This solution is comfortable, hygienic for visitors. We also took care of the cleanliness and safety of the whole area. Dumps are installed in the park, a lighting system is formed.

At night, the view transforms, and the lamps form a single light pattern, which fills the park with special magic.

We did not try to demolish everything and create a masterpiece from scratch. We acted with this place like a jeweler with a rough diamond - we saw its beauty and just brought it out, highlighted the brightest places, took advantage of what nature itself has prepared for us in this place. We just revealed the charm of the park and the lake, made them comfortable, safe for every visitor.
